CURRENT OPENINGS

  • About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.

This role is fully site-based, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools while managing and coordinating residential renovation projects. You’ll work closely with our Founders and senior trades to deliver high-end renovations from start to finish — overseeing timelines, managing trades, and ensuring exceptional workmanship on site.

This is not an office job — it’s a practical leadership role for someone who wants to learn, build, and manage all at once.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Work hands-on with the team — assisting with carpentry, installations, and general site work.
    • Use your own hand and power tools confidently (own set preferred).
    • Manage trades and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets Beralin’s standards for detail and finish.
    • Oversee material deliveries, pickups, and site logistics.
    • Conduct site inspections, document progress, and maintain high quality control.
    • Ensure strict compliance with WHS and environmental requirements.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers when required, representing the company professionally on site.

    What We Offer

    • Full-time stability – 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, standard site hours).
    • Competitive pay – $40/hour + Superannuation.
    • Uncapped bonuses.
    • Year 1: Tiered completion bonuses.
    • After 12 months: Profit-linked bonus.
    • Work vehicle & resources.
    • Company car for work travel.
    • Reimbursement for project-related fuel/tolls.
    • PPE, branded work shirts, and personal business cards provided.
    • Professional development.
    • Ongoing mentorship in project delivery, cost management, and site supervision.
    • Work–life balance.
    • One “Design Inspiration Day” each year to attend design or trade events.

    About You

You’re a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented tradesperson who’s ready to step into a broader project leadership role. You take pride in quality workmanship, understand sequencing and finishes, and are capable of running a site while still being physically involved in the work.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

    • Proven experience in residential renovation or carpentry.
    • Strong hands-on capability — confident using tools and understanding site processes.
    • Your own tools and reliable vehicle.
    • Good communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple trades and site tasks simultaneously.
    • White Card and current driver’s licence.
    • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and high attention to finish quality.
